Looking For The Perfect Healthy Eating Guide
Looking for a healthy eating guide can get frustrating. I like you was in the same situation about 6 months ago. I needed to lose some weight and lower my cholesterol. I asked my doctor what I should do to accomplish the tasks he handed down to me. The first tip he gave me was to not go out and try to make a drastic change. What he suggested is I should discover how to eat healthier. Once you discover how to eat healthier and with a little exercise you will lose the weight and lower your cholesterol as well.
I was constantly online searching for a healthy eating guide and ways to lose weight. I was starting to get obsessed with finding the right program. After some intense research I finally found a good weight loss program and gradually began to lose some weight. I lost about 10 pounds in the first month and I was excited to go to the doctor and show him how I was progressing.
I went to the doctor and instead of getting a great job all of your levels are perfect. My doctor said to me well you’re starting to lose weight that’s the good news. I thought to myself every time someone says good news there is bad news after it. Well sure enough there was bad news. He told now for the bad news. I was in shock he said your cholesterol has not come down at all.
I couldn’t believe it. I asked him how can I lose weight and not lower cholesterol. He asked me if I had remembered our visit from last month. I said yes I remember. Do you remember what I said? I said of course why you think I lost the weight. Now don’t take this the wrong way he said the weight loss is excellent but you need to discover how to eat healthier. Ahh then it hit me “discover how to eat healthier” now I remember those words.
After chatting with him and actually listening this time. I was not looking for the proper method to lower my cholesterol I needed to find a way to eat healthier and concentrate more on finding a healthy eating guide to accomplish my goal of lowering my cholesterol. I got online and I found a perfect healthy eating guide for me. After focusing more on my eating plus adding in exercise I am still continuing to lose weight and lower my chances of heart disease, diabetes and cancer.
