The Quickest Way to Turn People Off – Kissing With Bad Breath
The subject of odorous breath is always a very personal issue. None more so than when it comes to being around loved ones. Most people would find it very embarrassing to have the act of kissing our loved ones ruined by smelly breath problems. I know our other halves are understanding and sympathetic, but they are only human as well, and we will all turn our heads away from someone giving off a bad odour. We do it without thinking. It comes naturally to us.
Have this ever happened to you, when you gave your spouse an early morning kiss? Kissing with bad breath is embarrassing for us all.
The remedy for curing bad breath is good dental hygiene. It nearly always comes back to this solution. Brushing the teeth twice a day, after meals. Flossing the teeth to get rid of as much food debris left in the mouth after eating as you can. If these food particles are left in the mouth, they will eventually start to decay and smell, and your breath will smell as a result. So all your efforts must be directed towards getting rid of left over food particles in the mouth.
Some people find that having a sip of water after drinking a cup of coffee is effective in getting rid of bad breath. You could also try sucking a mint. A strong mint will mask any odour that you have, and will work straight away. You often find there is not enough time to perform a full dental hygiene routine before kissing someone. Kissing is often spontaneous and it cannot always wait for you to do something about your breath first.
We all have our favourite methods for getting rid of bad breath, and it is only by practicing rigorous dental hygiene that we can avoid the tell tale signs from our spouse that we might have bad breath, when we try and kiss.
