Thank you for sharing your story! I went gluten free and consume tapioca flour and white rice flour. Is it harmful like white wheat flour? Should I only stick with brown rice flour instead?

Joker no one is putting down science, but the statement I said are true, so don’t flip the scrip. You want to say what I’m saying about white flour is not real, and show you the scientific approach behind it, so I had to break down how science has messed up some stuff! No one never said SIR science was bad all together. So don’t get it mixed up! And if what I’m saying is so wrong about white flour we wouldn’t need farmers growing the organic stuff SIR!

Sir, how can you flip on your digital camera, plug it into your computer, and upload a video onto the internet all while putting down science? It wasn’t pure science that turned food to crap, it was industrialization. You would throw away technology, knowledge, and medicine because of a flaw in one area? A flaw, I might add, that is being corrected as people learn more. When your loved one is on the floor dying, is it an herbalist you call, or a doctor?

You want some scientific approach! That’s the reason why we have some of these problems because of science. Science came in and started putting hormones in foods, science came along and put preservatives in foods, science came along and turn wheat flour into white flour! So brother don’t come at me with scientific approach!

I don’t deny processed flour worsens IBS, or even that it contributes to bowel obstruction, but even wet bread, which is little more than flour and water, does not have that consistency. Also, the claim “95% of all diseases start in your colon” (2:35) is quite a hefty one. Perhaps you could link me to some sources that support that. I like the fact you are proactive about your health, I just prefer a more scientific approach.

Certain cooking oils will stop you up with
constipation too. It has happened to me
time and again. This was when I noticed
how hard it was to clean some of it off my
stove and it was some sticky grease from it.
I switched to olive oil and I know doctors won’t
like it but some meat fats will clean you out.
It won’t gunk up like regular cooking oil.
